September 23, 2021 – CIVIC is growing, and to better serve our mission – to support communities affected by conflict in their quest for protection and strengthen the resolve and capacity of armed actors to prevent and respond to civilian harm – we have made the exciting decision to increase our presence in Europe by opening an office in The Hague, The Netherlands.

The Hague is known as the center of peace and justice and is home to a large number of international bodies and institutions, making it the perfect location for CIVIC to surround itself with others striving to build a more peaceful and just world and find solutions to global problems. Having a base in The Hague also allows us to be closer to our staff in the field, beneficiaries, partners, and donors as we remain committed to working toward our vision of a world in which no civilian is harmed in conflict.

CIVIC will continue to maintain its strong presence in Washington, DC and New York, and our new office in The Hague will operate as a dual headquarters alongside our DC office.
