Sabrina Verleysen is a Project Manager for a joint project of CIVIC and CNA: Supporting an Indonesian National Action Plan for Civilian Harm Mitigation. Sabrina joined CIVIC from The Cohen Group, the strategic business advisory firm, where she advised companies on geopolitical trends and risks in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. In 2018, she completed a Fulbright grant in Central Java, Indonesia, were she taught English in a Madrasah community to female high school students. She also started a non-profit which focuses on providing English resources and educational opportunities to female high school students in rural areas of Indonesia. She previously interned at the Obama Foundation and the United Nations International Fund for Agricultural Development. She is a graduate of Villanova University and is currently attaining her MA in International Affairs and Policy Analysis at American University.
