Mohammad Emal is a Program Manager for CIVIC in Afghanistan. Emal has worked for international and national organizations for over seven years. Prior to joining CIVIC, he rendered his services in the capacity of Organizational Development and Reform Advisor at the Afghan Ministry of Transport. Emal has worked as a Human Resource and Gender Advisor and then as a Deputy Team Lead, Organizational Capacity Building Section, supporting Afghanistan Justice Sector Support Program (JSSP-PAE) funded by U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs /INL. Emal also worked as a Human Resource Manager at Afghanistan Investment Agency (AISA) and as an HR Officer at CARE International in Afghanistan. Emal obtained his bachelor in Business Administration from Goa University in India and has completed his masters studies in MA public policy from Swansea University, United Kingdom.
