Cliff Kinyua is a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer with CIVIC’s East Africa. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation and Bachelor of Business Administration (Management Information Systems) degree, with 13 years’ experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning working with the Red Cross/Red Crescent movement and other donors; European Union, ECHO, DFID,USAID and UN agencies in refugee operations both in Dadaab refugee camps and Kalobeyei refugee settlements, countering/prevention of violent extremism and livelihoods projects in North Eastern and Coastal Kenya. Cliff has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the operations and management of humanitarian programmes, conducting evaluations, community engagement and accountability approaches, experience in designing, implementing, and operating project MEL systems from project initiation to closeout stages, including development of results based reporting using data and analytics.
He is currently pursuing Master of Arts in Monitoring and Evaluation at Maseno University.
