Following fifteen years of success in the financial services, Ms. Towers turned her full-time attention to raising her four sons and leading her own charitable foundation, The Nduna Foundation. For the last 14 years, the Foundation has worked with a diverse portfolio of partners in conflict and post-conflict countries in Africa including Zimbabwe, Niger, DR Congo, Sudan, South Sudan, Rwanda, and Ethiopia, advancing human rights, promoting sustainable conservation, leading women’s empowerment initiatives, and improving childhood nutrition. Ms. Towers is known for her entrepreneurial approach to philanthropic investment and acumen for assessing risk in complicated environments.
