We stretch every dollar and it is our policy to be transparent with our donors, which is why our Annual Report lists all of our expenditures, from postage and telephone bills to the cost of travel to war zones. The Center for Civilians in Conflict is an independent, nongovernmental 501(c)(3) organization based in Washington, DC. We are supported primarily by private individuals and foundations, and we do not accept US government funds.
